Q: I don't see any products listed in your shop?
A: If there's nothing available in the shop or listings are marked as "sold out" it means that I don't currently have any ready to ship items. I try and do a shop restock about once a month. Check my home page for an announcement about the next shop update. Q: How do the shop restocks work?
A: Shop restocks are exactly how they sound, its a specific date and time of when I will be uploading listings of my new work that is ready to ship. Shop restocks happen about once a month, and are announced in my newsletter, and on my Instagram. Once I have a new batch of work ready, I will announce a specific date and time that I will be restocking my shop with items available for purchase. I do not do pre orders or holds, shop restocks are first come first served. Items tend to sell quickly so I recommend getting to my shop at the exact time that I announce, and refreshing the page until you see the items pop up. You will want to checkout as quickly as possible, so if you make an account on my website ahead of time it will already have your shipping information saved, for a quicker checkout.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: I do take customs orders every once in a while. If you want to know when the next time I will be taking custom orders is, follow me on Instagram and sign up for my newsletter. When I announce that custom orders are open, I will take a select amount of custom orders. Custom orders usually take about 4-6 weeks to complete.
Q: I bought multiple items in separate orders, do you combine shipping?
A: Yes! If you buy multiple items during a restock and it is safe to combine your orders, I will do so when packing your orders, and I will refund any shipping overages.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: At this time due to covid-19 I am only shipping to the U.S and Canada. but I hope to open up international shipping again soon!
Q: Are items microwave and dishwasher safe?
A: Most items should be fine in the microwave and dishwasher unless otherwise noted. However, because each item is a piece of functional art, I do recommend hand washing. Any designs that have gold luster detail or decals such as the honeybee cups/mugs, poppy cauldrons, and fern mugs should NOT be put in the dishwasher or microwave.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: I do not. because of the fragile nature of ceramics I would not feel comfortable having a customer repackage and send back an item. However, If you have a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: I take great care in packing your orders, but because of the fragile nature of ceramics sometimes items will arrived damaged. If this happens, please contact me right away and include pictures of the damage. I will either offer a refund or a replacement.
Q: I am local to the Corvallis, OR area, can i pickup my order?
A: Yes! I am happy to arrange for you to pick up you order. At checkout please use the discount code LOCALLOVE to receive free shipping, and then contact me to arrange pickup.
Q: What materials do you use to pack orders?
A: I use all recyclable and biodegradable materials, yay! The packing peanuts that you receive in your order are made of corn starch and are completely biodegradable! Just run them under warm water to dissolve, pop them into your home compost, or reuse them!
